Security
Retention and deletion rules are explicit.
Understand lifecycle, storage, and deletion semantics before you upload.
Your recordings are the most sensitive thing you hand us, so the rules for how they are stored, who can reach them, and when they are deleted are stated plainly rather than buried. Here is how a recording is protected from upload through deletion.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Uploads travel over TLS and are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) in the cloud. Generated project state and outputs are stored in the same encrypted infrastructure.
Automatic deletion of source media
Uploaded recordings are deleted automatically 30 days after upload by a storage lifecycle rule — you do not have to remember to clean them up.
You control project data
Transcripts, structure, and outputs persist only until you delete the project or your account. Deleting a project removes its derived data.
Named subprocessors only
Processing uses a short, disclosed list of subprocessors (below). We do not sell your data or use your recordings to train third-party models.
Lifecycle
What happens to your recording.
Upload
Uploaded recordings are stored encrypted (AES256) in the cloud and auto-deleted 30 days after upload.
Processing
Project state (transcripts, slides, structure) persists until you delete the project.
Outputs
PDF/ePub outputs remain available until you delete the project.
